What we can do at your location
The large majority of auto glass work is fully mobile:

When a job needs to come to the shop
A few situations call for a controlled environment. Some vehicles require static ADAS calibration, which needs a level indoor space with precisely placed targets and specific lighting — that cannot be done reliably in a windy parking lot. Very cold or wet weather can also affect adhesive curing. When your vehicle needs an in-shop step, we tell you up front rather than compromising the work. Even then, we can often handle the glass at your location and schedule only the calibration indoors.
How to prepare for a mobile visit
Park somewhere we can work around the whole front of the vehicle — a driveway or an outer edge of a parking lot is ideal. If it is a break-in, leave the broken glass for us to clean up safely. Make sure we can reach the vehicle for the safe drive-away window; you do not need to be standing over us the whole time, but the car should stay put while the adhesive cures.

Does mobile service cost more?
In most of the Reno–Sparks area, mobile windshield service is offered at no extra charge — it is how we do most jobs. We will tell you if your location is far enough out to involve a travel fee before we schedule.
Can you replace my windshield in my office parking lot?
Yes, as long as we can access the front of the vehicle and it can sit for the adhesive’s safe drive-away time (about an hour). We handle the glass while you work.
Is mobile installation as good as an in-shop replacement?
Yes. Same installers, same glass, and the same safe drive-away adhesive. The only jobs that require a shop are certain static ADAS calibrations and some cold-weather adhesive situations, which we flag in advance.
